In this way, it\u2019s a little bit like <em>anian<\/em> .<\/p><p>When we set off on our hikes and adventures together or with our families we often experience and feel the <em>hwyl. <\/em>The Welsh landscape is beautiful and diverse, from the mountains to the valleys and the coast. You can really lose yourself in these landscapes. With a low population density, there are many amazing wild places in Wales where you (and the wildlife) can be the only other person for miles.<\/p><p>Let\u2019s make 2025 the time to <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"\/collection\/find-your-hwyl\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em><u>Find Your Hwyl<\/u><\/em><\/a> in Wales! Pumlumon Fawr is the highest point in the Cambrian Mountains and the source of three major rivers: the River Severn, Rive Wye and River Ystwyth. This is certainly one of those places where you can find your hwyl and feel on top of the world.<\/p><p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.midwalesmyway.com\/threesisters\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><u>Legend has it<\/u><\/a> that the three sisters of Pumlumon (or Plynlimon), all of whom are water spirits, met here to discuss how to get to the sea. The first sister, Ystwyth, decided to take the most direct route so headed west for the sea. The second sister, Wye, wanted to experience more of the landscape so took off through purple hills and golden valleys. The third sister, Hafren (the Welsh name of Severn), didn\u2019t take any shortcuts so travelled 180 miles to reach the sea.
